    Rachel is a Louisville native who is passionate about helping students achieve their academic and professional goals. With a background in secondary education and a dedication to promoting educational access in Kentucky, she is grateful for the opportunity to support students in their academic careers at Spalding. She holds a MA in English from Wake Forest University and a BA in English and Dramatic Arts from Centre College.

    Eva earned her bachelor's degree from Western Kentucky University in 2022. She is new to higher education but is excited to help students pursue their dreams. Eva has spent time in the tourism industry as well as the education field and hopes her unique background can give prospective students a new and unparalleled way to see their college search. She aspires to share her insightful and optimistic views on college life to ensure an individualized experience for everyone.

    Morgan Doolin

    Morgan Doolin has recently earned her Bachelor’s of Arts in Psychology from Spalding University and has joined the Admissions team with a focus on first-year undergraduate students. Morgan is passionate about helping others make decisions that support their personal development and aligns with goals or expectations they have for their undergraduate experience. She believes that Spalding is a place that fosters an environment of community and support that encourages personal growth and goal achievement as well as an education that prepares a student to enter their post-graduate ventures as a well-rounded member of society.

    Jenna Kostecki

    Jenna has joined the Admissions Team at Spalding University working with First-Time/Traditional Students. Her primary focus is helping students achieve their academic goals by providing guidance through the college selection and admissions process. Jenna is a recent graduate from University of Louisville in Communication and a former DIII athlete. She has a friendly and kind-hearted personality that enables her to articulate and convey to all prospective students the information needed to make informed and sensible decisions about their own college endeavors. When not at Spalding University, Jenna is helping coach the Assumption High School women’s cross country team.

    Mahlon Ramey

    Mahlon is an Elizabethtown native and a former collegiate athlete. He has worked in the field of higher education since 2018 with KCTCS while being a full-time student at ECTC. His primary focuses were within various TRIO programs, working closely with first-generation students, low-income student and high school seniors wanting to major in STEM programs. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Communication. Mahlon is also very passionate about helping students have access to the resources that they need to achieve academic greatness. He would love to be a safe and welcoming space for Spalding students to come to with any questions or concerns they may have regarding their college career.
