Thank you for your interest in bringing your group to visit Spalding University! Please fill out the request form below to indicate your interest. Once submitted, our Campus Visit Coordinator will reach out to schedule a date and solidify further details.
All students who attend a group visit will be eligible to receive our one-time
$500 Visit Scholarship
that will be automatically applied to the cost of their first-year tuition should they enroll at Spalding.

Please note that requests for large group visits must be made at least 3 weeks in advance of the desired visit date. We do not offer group visits on weekends.

Informational Session with Admissions
(30 minutes):
A presentation that provides a broad overview of all-things Spalding. Students will learn about our academic programs, unique block schedule, athletic programs, campus life and activities, scholarships and financial aid, and admissions requirements.
Campus Walking Tour
(1 hour):
Students will see our residential and academic facilities on a walking tour of campus. The tour includes access to major buildings on campus with the opportunity to view our residence hall, classroom and study spaces, athletic facilities, and more. Tours are led by current students (Student Ambassadors) and Admissions Counselors.
Academic Program Breakout Sessions
(45 mins, 11th and 12th Grades only)

Breakout Sessions: Students engage in an interactive learning activity with a current Spalding professor in our classroom spaces around campus. Students can choose the academic program that best fits their current interest. This is a great way for students to get a taste of a college classroom environment and to speak first-hand with professors about the academic side of Spalding.

Student Panel:
Hear from a panel of current Spalding students about their experience with academics, athletics, and student life! Visitors will have the chance to ask questions of panelists. Panels can be general or focused on a specific topic geared toward your group's interests.
Provided Lunch (45 minutes):
Spalding will provide lunch to students visiting campus in the morning at no cost to your group. For groups smaller than 10, you may have the option to eat in our Dining Hall, the College St. Cafe (given availability). For groups larger than 10, we can provide Pizza lunch.

If you selected to have Academic Program Breakout Sessions, please select 2-4 Academic Programs below. We recommend choosing at least one breakout session for every 15 students in attendance. Students will have the opportunity to choose the Breakout Session that best fits their interest, but we do require that each Breakout Session have no more than 20 students due to classroom sizes.
